Pricing
All items are fully priced, and INCLUDE VAT.
Orders
Please ensure all measurements are accurate as Mesh UK cannot be held responsible for meshes that do not fit due to incorrect measurements.
We typically ship orders within 2 working days for payment by Debit or Credit Card, or 5 working days for cheques, subject to cheque clearance.
Please note online orders can only be shipped to UK addresses.
We only ship what you order. We do not substitute other merchandise.
- INSECT MESH AND UV FILTERING MESH
Orders placed for products within this category are shipped according to the type of mesh and the amount purchased.
For Standard Insect Mesh (1.2m wide roll), Midge Mesh, Polyester Mesh, Aluminium Insect Mesh, Stainless Steel Insect Mesh and UV Filtering Mesh;
- Orders for one or more metres are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Post, typically a 2-3 day delivery service.
- Orders for rolls are sent via courier, on a next business day service.
- Orders less than £22.50 are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge, orders greater than £22.50 are inclusive of postage and packaging.
For Standard Insect Mesh (1.8m wide roll);
- Orders for a one metre length are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Post, this is subject to a £5.99 delivery charge, typically a 2-3 day delivery service.
- Orders for two metres or more are sent via courier, on a next business day service and if the order is less than £75.00 are subject to a £9.99 delivery charge, orders greater than £75.00 are inclusive of postage and packaging.
- WOVEN, WELDED AND SPECIALIST MESHES
For all other meshes;
- Orders are sent via courier, on a next business day service.
- Orders less than £75.00 are subject to a £9.99 delivery charge, orders greater than £75.00 are inclusive of postage and packaging
Delivery to non-mainland UK
We can deliver to non-mainland UK for an additional charge. Please contact us for a price. We will always aim to find the most cost effective method of shipment for your specific order.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We are pleased that requests to return goods have been extremely low over many years of business, however we recognise there will be some occasions when a consumer may wish to return goods.
Consumers may cancel their order up to seven working days after receipt of the merchandise, but must notify us in writing within this time frame of their wish to return the goods.
Returned goods must be in pristine condition. If goods are not in a pristine condition, Mesh UK reserves the right to offer a discretionary partial credit or to refuse the return.
Cancelled orders must be returned at the customer's expense. You are strongly urged to insure your return with the carrier as any damage in transit may result in either a partial credit being offered or refusal of the return. You will be notified of any damage, be it from transit or otherwise caused.
Undamaged, unused merchandise returned in accordance with the above will receive a full and prompt refund of money paid.
If your order is received damaged please indicate this when you sign for the goods, retain the packaging for inspection and notify us accordingly within 24 hours.
Please note that bespoke goods, customised at the consumer's request to specific sizes, cannot be cancelled, except at the discretion of Mesh UK.
Privacy
We do not reveal or otherwise share your name, telephone number, address or email address with other parties unless required for the delivery of your order. We do not retain your credit or debit card details within our records or systems.
